1. Registration

New candidates must register on the RRC Central Railway website portal (www.rrccr.com) by providing basic details such as Name, Date of Birth, Email ID, and Mobile Number. Candidates must be in possession of an Aadhaar Card or valid government photo ID as applicable. A unique Registration ID will be generated.

2. Login

Log in using the Registration ID and credentials generated after successful registration.

3. Personal Details

Fill in personal details such as Name, Father's Name, Date of Birth, Community, and residential address carefully, ensuring they exactly match your Matriculation or equivalent certificate.

4. Other Information

Provide community details, category status (SC, ST, OBC-NCL, PwBD, EBC, or Minority status), and fill in required details regarding cultural discipline participation or qualifications.

5. Qualification

Enter essential educational qualifications (12th / Matric + ITI / Act Apprenticeship) and essential professional qualifications (Degree/Diploma in Acting/Drama or Harmonium) as specified in Employment Notice No. RRC/CR/CULTURAL/03/2026.

6. Desirable Qualifications & Experience Details

Furnish details of desirable qualifications, awards, stage performances, or experience in Doordarshan, AIR, or reputed cultural/theatre groups if applicable.

7. Upload Documents

Upload recent passport-size colour photograph (3.5 cm x 3.5 cm, JPG/JPEG format, 20 KB to 70 KB), scanned signature in running handwriting (3.5 cm x 2.5 cm, 20 KB to 30 KB), educational certificates, proof of date of birth, professional qualification certificates, and caste/community certificates in prescribed format.

8. Preview

Review all entered details and uploaded documents carefully before proceeding to payment, as no changes or edits will be allowed after fee payment/submission.

₹ 9. Payment

Examination Fee: ₹500/- for all candidates (with a provision for refunding ₹400/- to those who are found eligible and actually appear in the Written Test).
Note: ₹250/- for candidates belonging to SC, ST, Ex-Servicemen, PwBD, Women, Minorities, and Economically Backward Class (EBC) with full provision for refunding the fee upon appearing in the Written Test.

10. Final Submit & Print Slip

Submit the application form and take a printout of your application. Retain the printout and e-receipt of fee payment safely, as they are required to be produced at the time of Document Verification and Practical Demonstration.
